RaffleReaper respects your privacy. This policy explains how the application accesses and uses Google user data when you connect a Google account.
1. Data Access
RaffleReaper uses Google APIs only after you explicitly sign in with Google and grant permission.
The application may access the following Google user data:
- Google Sheets data: spreadsheet titles, sheet names, and cell values from spreadsheets that you select or provide to the application.
- Basic Google profile information: account ID, display name, and profile picture for the signed-in Google account.
2. Data Usage
Google Sheets data is used only to import and display task data inside the RaffleReaper desktop application.
Basic Google profile information is used only to display the connected Google account and support account selection inside the app.
RaffleReaper does not create, edit, or delete your Google Spreadsheet content.
3. Data Storage
OAuth tokens, selected account information, basic profile information, selected spreadsheet IDs, and import history may be stored locally in the application’s settings on your device.
This allows the application to remember the connected account and reload previously selected spreadsheets without requiring you to sign in again every time.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or disclose Google user data to third parties.
We do not transmit Google Sheets contents or Google profile data to developer-operated servers.
Google user data is used only between your device and Google services as required to provide the features you enable.
5. Security
Spreadsheet data is processed locally on your device after retrieval.
Locally stored OAuth tokens and account information are used only by the RaffleReaper application to maintain authorized access.
6. AI/ML Training
RaffleReaper does not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
7. Revoking Access
You can revoke the application’s access at any time from your Google Account security settings under third-party app access.
You can also remove the saved Google account inside the app to clear locally stored authorization information.
